About
My name is Anne Alise Romero and I am the owner of Thirsty Cactus
Thirsty Cactus Cafe began its journey in May 2023, selling cold press juice at farmers markets in Brevard County, FL. While still being mobile, we have decided to dive into new products and create more ways to reach our customers. We are committed to providing great tasting meals and treats that our customers love. We keep health our priority by using organic and natural ingredients and creating products from scratch.

I’m Anne Alise and I’m a Brevard County local. I’ve lived here since I was 2 years old. After high school, I completed my Bachelors in Hospitality Management at Rosen College. I’ve worked in the hospitality and food service industry ever since, but my passion for the culinary arts started at a young age, baking cakes from home.
Later, I left home and worked all over the world. I travelled to Australia, New Zealand, Peru, Europe, and even worked in Antarctica! In each place I lived and worked I learned new techniques for cooking and preparing meals for large, diverse groups of people. What I discovered through all my experiences is that I have a deep love for being creative and developing new ideas in the kitchen. I also fell in love with “cafe culture” and dreamed of opening my own cafe one day. Now, I am starting this journey with delicious cold pressed juices and tasty protein bowls and striving to become well known in Brevard County and beyond!
